Hi! I’m Berkli founder of Freshness In A Bottle, competitive swimmer, and teen entrepreneur. I started this juice bar when I was just 14 years old because I was searching for a better, cleaner way to fuel my body for swimming. Early morning practices, long school days, and constant training showed me quickly that what I put into my body mattered. Processed snacks and sugary drinks left me feeling sluggish and bloated, while real, colorful ingredients helped me feel energized, focused, and strong.

When I couldn’t find convenient, truly clean options that supported my performance, I decided to create my own. I began experimenting with fruits, vegetables, and nutrient dense blends that made a noticeable difference in my energy and recovery. What started as something I made for myself grew into something I wanted to share with my community.

Today, Freshness In A Bottle is built on the same values that inspired me from the start: honest ingredients, vibrant flavors, and fuel that helps you feel your best whether you're an athlete, a busy parent, a student, or just someone who wants to nourish their body with something real.
